Definitions

Siccaro means Marschall Invenco ApS. Customer means anyone who uses Siccaro's website and/or services.

Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, e-mail address or other contact information, regardless of whether it relates to the person's private place of residence or workplace. As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing any personal information about yourself. However, Siccaro needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and provide news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal data that is necessary.

We need the following information when you shop with us in order to ship the item to you:

  1. Where is your personal data stored?

Your personal data is stored on servers located within the EU. Some of the personal data is managed by a third party (data processor) who stores or processes personal data on behalf of Siccaro. Siccaro only uses data processors who comply with Siccaro's Privacy Policy and the legislation on the protection of personal data in force at all times.

Siccaro only stores personal data about you as long as it is deemed necessary in relation to the stated purpose. The personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purposes for which it was collected come to an end.

If you have registered as a customer, your personal data will be deleted after 3 years as an inactive customer. In case of inactive use, you will be informed of the deletion by e-mail after 2 years and 9 months and 2 years and 11 months. If you send e-mails to Siccaro, they will be deleted after one month. Siccaro deletes e-mails sent to you after 5 years.

 

Chat with Siccaro

Siccaro's chat server is located in the Denmark. We encourage you not to provide personal data via chat, but to use the chat for questions. If you provide personal data via chat, this is done at your own risk.

 

Newsletters (marketing)

If you have given your consent to receive Siccaro's newsletters (marketing), then the personal data that you have given in connection with your consent will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If your email account ceases to exist and Siccaro receives this information, your profile will be deleted by Siccaro.
